The Automatic Foil Dispenser is a premium and innovative tool I designed to simplify and streamline the process of preparing foil sheets in salons. With a focus on both functionality and aesthetic appeal, the machine enables users to cut aluminum foil into precise sheets at custom lengths and quantities.

The dispenser is constructed with:
Customizable Precision
The machine allows users to easily select foil lengths of 15, 25, 35, 45, or 55 cm and sheet quantities of 5, 10, 20, 30, or 40 sheets using intuitive dials on the front. Once the preferences are set, users press the central button to automatically feed and cut the foil sheets. A manual option is also available via a smaller button, enabling users to hold for custom lengths and press once to cut.
My Role
My role encompassed the entire design and development process, including creating the mechanical structure, refining user functionality, and ensuring the final product delivered both reliability and an exclusive appearance.

Custom Length and Quantity Settings: Users can adjust lengths (15–55 cm) and quantities (5–40 sheets) via dials located at the front of the machine, ensuring flexibility for different needs.

Automatic Operation: Once settings are chosen, the central start button triggers the machine to automatically feed and cut precise foil sheets, improving workflow efficiency.

Manual Feeding Option: A small button allows users to manually feed a specific length of foil by holding it down, then press once to cut.

The dispenser features a bamboo housing with a reinforced steel frame that supports the cutting mechanism. Solenoids drive the precision cutting process, ensuring clean, accurate cuts every time. The exterior is wrapped in vegan leather, providing an exclusive and modern aesthetic suitable for high-end salons.
