MANDALORIAN HELMET

Project Overview
This project showcases a Mandalorian helmet, designed to replicate its iconic appearance from the Star Wars series. Modeled in SolidWorks, the helmet features screen-accurate details and a beskar-inspired metal finish. Rendered in KeyShot, the design highlights the smooth curves, sharp edges, and the signature T-shaped visor.
Created at 1:1 scale, the helmet is split into parts for 3D printing, ensuring precise assembly and authenticity.

Design Views

The helmet was 3D printed, assembled, and finished with care. Surfaces were sanded for a smooth look before being painted with a metallic finish to match the original beskar aesthetic. Weathering effects were applied to add realism.
The final result is a life-size, highly detailed replica of the Mandalorian helmet, crafted for display or cosplay.
